HSC with minimum 5-6 years of experience in beauty industry as Supervisor
OR
Graduate – with minimum 1-2 years of experience in beauty industry as Supervisor.
Job Summary:
The role of a Beauty manager is to oversee the operations of studiowest department within a retail setting. This role is
multifaceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage all aspects of the
retail operation and drive business success.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and assistance, providing expert advice on skincare, makeup,
and beauty products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues
to the customer’s satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients. Counter Operations Management:
Supervising all aspects studiowest operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment and
ensuring counter is clean, organized and visually appealing
Sales Drive:
Sharing sales budget with BAs, developing strategies to achieve them, monitoring sales performance and
implementing initiatives to drive sales growth using upselling techniques
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilizing sales data, BA performance tracking and customer feedback, identify opportunities and make data driven
decisions to improve counter performance and customer satisfaction.
Training :
Conducting training sessions to ensure BA’s are knowledgeable about product sale techniques and customer service standards .
Provide training on the latest launches, which can effectively assess and guide the BA’s in delivering high standard
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and coach beauty advisors, estheticians, and other staff members to deliver outstanding service and
achieve sales goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to support staff
development.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth
