Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty. The Cosmetologist will be responsible for performing a variety of cosmetic treatments, advising clients on skincare, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform a wide range of cosmetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures.
– Consult with clients to assess their skin conditions and provide personalized treatment plans.
– Advise clients on skincare routines, products, and treatments to maintain and improve skin health.
– Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
– Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the treatment areas.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in cosmetology and skincare.
– Collaborate with dermatologists and other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
– Educate clients on post-treatment care and follow-up routines to achieve the best results.
– Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
– Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
– MBBS , BDS ,BHMS , BAMS doctors asipiring their career in Cosmetology
– A valid cosmetology training a recognized institution or a clinic.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic.
– Proficiency in performing various cosmetic treatments and procedures.
– Strong knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
