Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (Job boards) to attract and identify qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment to enhance our strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (X years preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
