- Operational Excellence:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Engagement:
- Champion a customer-first culture, resolving complaints and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

- Sales & Financial Management:

- Merchandising & Marketing:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or large-format store.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
