Job Description

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail partners and distributor in Indian Market. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and a passion for fashion and watches.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within your designated region. Your role will encompass strategic planning, relationship management, and execution of sales initiatives.
By leveraging your expertise in sales management and your deep understanding of the fashion watch market, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our company’s sales targets and expanding our brand presence in your region.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets and enhance market penetration of Tommy Hilfiger in India.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with distributor and their channels partners to boost brand visibility and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and manage inventory levels to meet account demands.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business prospects, managing retail and ecom assortment and drive retail calendar for all channels.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop proactive sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Travel frequently to conduct in-depth market reviews with distributors, advance business initiatives, provide training, and establish strong relationships with channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across all retail channels.
  • Uphold the company’s values and standards of excellence in all interactions, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management roles, preferably within the watch industry or a related luxury goods sector or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
