Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at LuckyTimes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about watches and possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in retail management. You will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance profitability.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer service by maintaining store standards, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising, to optimize product availability and presentation.
• Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain appealing store displays that showcase our collection and attract customers.
• Community Engagement: Represent LuckyTimes within the community, building relationships with customers and local businesses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A passion for watches and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficient in retail management software and POS systems.
