Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Stock protection plan & Process in the stores.
• Conduct audits on store inventory- stocks, cash, security fire safety, Hygiene.
• Detect, Deter and Preventing thefts / pilferages in the stores.
• Conduct investigations in line with stock controller, HR and Area LP manager on stock loss and security related incidents.
• Support in shrink reduction program in line with stock controller Critical counts, High value movement
• Attended weekly stock takes.
• Validate inventory integrity check through system in apprehending potential fraud.
• Validate DC/DSD deliveries to achieve accuracy.
• Expertise in validating internal stock movements process Dump, packet loose conversion, Critical count , Gap not found, DC short, Damages.
• Validating CN/CR, Cash room.
• Attend Annual stock takes.
• RCA on stock loss and introduce controller measures.

B. Security ;-

• Respond to emergency and crisis situations Security incidents, Accidents, Bomb threats etc.
• Conducted security / LP trainings – Shrink Control, Body Frisking, Investigation, Intelligence.
• Assist in theft recoveries; conduct investigations when necessary
• Incident reporting through prescribed format to respective stake holders.
• Assist in customer complaints and grievances to security and safety
• Ensure shop floor security standards are maintained
• Compliance to safety policies and procedures
• Liasoning with external agencies (Police, Fire, other regulatory and government agencies).
• Conduct Key inventory and policy audits.
• Conduct night/surprise security rounds
• Conducting weekly meeting with security vendors.
• Develop security MIS to ALPM.

C. Fire & Safety ;-

• Respond to emergency and crisis situations – Fire, Accidents etc.
• Conducted– Fire Safety, First Aid, Health & Safety.

Required Skills & Competencies

a) Minimum 2-6 years experience in Physical security/Industrial security/Establishment security

b) Fire fighting and First aid certification

g) Computer skill – MS office, Strong knowledge in SAP, MIS, Data Analytical

h) Strong Skill in detecting fraud, theft, stock manipulations.

i) Communication skills English/local language – written/verbal.

k) Should have own vehicle – 2 or 4 wheeler & Valid License.
