The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the jewellery industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their jewellery purchases, enhancing the overall shopping experience, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs. Assist clients in selecting and purchasing jewellery.
Sales Achievement: Drive sales by presenting and promoting jewellery products effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, designs, and materials. Ensure comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
Inventory Assistance: Help manage inventory levels, including stock checks, replenishment, and presentation of jewellery displays.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Gemology, Jewellery Design, Retail Management).
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in jewellery sales or consulting with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach. Good understanding of jewellery products and market trends.
Attributes: Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary of 25,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
