Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, offering expert jewelry styling and advice.
- Jewelry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on collections, trends, and styling tips to inspire customers.
- Personalized Styling: Guide customers to create unique looks with jewelry and accessories.
- Sales Goals: Meet sales targets through stellar customer service and relationship building.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Support with jewelry display setups, stock organization, and visual appeal.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma; Fashion or Jewelry Design background preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in retail or fashion/jewelry consulting.
- Skills: Strong communication, a passion for jewelry, and confidence in styling.
- Personality: Outgoing and stylish, with a love for jewelry.
