We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Distribution Sales Executive to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for sportswear, and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential business clients, including sports distributors, retailers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and present new products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

 

Requirements:

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

 

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
