We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Distribution Sales Executive to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for sportswear, and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients, including sports distributors, retailers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and present new products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
