We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced female receptionist to join our team in the cosmetics industry. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Manage correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain a neat and inviting reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collect and process payments from clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- 5.6 + Height preferred
- Age- 28+
- Well Groomed and Presentable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
