Job Summary: The Fashion Consultant will provide expert advice and personalized service to customers, helping them find clothing and accessories that enhance their style and meet their needs. This role requires a strong sense of fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fashion needs.
- Provide personalized fashion advice based on customers’ preferences, body types, and trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Sales and Styling:
- Recommend and select clothing and accessories for customers.
- Create and maintain an engaging visual presentation of merchandise.
- Help customers build complete outfits, including apparel, shoes, and accessories.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of the products.
- Share insights on current fashion trends and how they can be incorporated into customers’ wardrobes.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Develop a client book and follow up with clients about new arrivals and promotions.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on customer preferences and trends.
- Store Operations:
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing the stockroom.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and special projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
