Job Description
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
