Job Description
As a Fashion Merchandiser Sales, your role blends the creative aspects of fashion with the strategic elements of sales and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the label at current Multi Designer Stores
- Merchandising Planning and Execution – Coordination with the buyer for orders, stock rotation, custom orders. Executing buyer orders & coordinating with the merchandising & production teams for timely completion of orders.
- Sales Strategy Development – Finding ways to increase sales per buyer.
- Merchandising Planning and Execution – Scouting & finalizing new potential buyers/ Multi designer stores. Coordination with the buyer for orders, stock rotation, custom orders. Executing buyer orders & coordinating with the merchandising & production teams for timely completion of orders.
- Managing Inventory levels at stores.
- Data Analysis and Reporting – MIS of monthly sales & payments.
- Need good negotiating skills.
- Traveling for buyer meets & store visits.
- Liaison with the buyer & design team.
- Qualification:-
- 3 yrs+ Proven experience in fashion retail sales, merchandising, or product management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data& identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel & Spoken english.
- Familiarity with retail math principles, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
- Fluent spoken & written ENGLISH
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
