Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and product margins.
- Implement store promotions and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by training staff on excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and other inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the availability of key products.
- Enforce company policies, including security, health, and safety regulations.
- Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and store budgets.
- Implement in-store displays that align with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers and increase sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staffing, and operations.
- Analyze sales data and suggest improvements to store operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and POS systems.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail best practices.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
