Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the business heads calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize their time and productivity.
- Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of international travel arrangements, including booking flights, managing visa documentation, and preparing itineraries.
- Accommodation Management: Organize and oversee hotel accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay during business trips, while maintaining budget considerations.
- Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meetings with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring all logistical details are arranged, and relevant materials are prepared in advance.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate business lunches, coffee meetings, and dinner engagements, ensuring all requirements are met for a successful gathering.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the business head and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and maintaining professional relationships.
- Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
